Our vision plans pays for frames and lenses as follows:
single $180.00
bi-focals $205.00
tri-focals $230.00
progressives $205
contacts $130.00
Our policy does not cover the costs of safety glass, safety goggles, tints with photosensitive or antireflective properties, frames when purchased separately from lenses, taxes. One payment per calendar year.
Hearing
Can’t seem to hear anymore? Members carrying MMOH should be aware that as of July 2017 “hearing tests” are now a covered benefit up to $70 for an exam under our plan.
Additionally, hearing aids are covered up to $1,000 every 36 months.
