March 8 - Patriots for Change forum on "Race to the Top, Are our Public Schools in Danger?" Speakers include Rep. Mike Foley, retired school psychologist Lois Romanoff, and our own Tom Schmida. Meet at Hamlet Hills Retirement Community Club House from 10-noon. http://www.patriotsforchange.net/
March 12 - Reaching Heights Spelling Bee. Cheer on our team in the annual event. 7 PM in the high school auditorium.
March on March 15 - Join in the No Cuts Coalition demanding extension of unemployment insurance, restore food stamp cuts, and raising the minimum wage. Gather at Market Square Park across from the West Side Market at noon. March to St. Malachi's school hall at 2459 Washington Ave in Cleveland. Bring ready to eat food for a community meal if you can.
